COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Applied Motion Products BluAC5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Astex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Apv parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Asco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Astex such as the AX306010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the J040139 manufactured by Apv and we are pleased to be able to service most Apv systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HT837A029 by Manufacturer Asco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Astec Brand JR55 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Autotech-Controls such as E5ND03605M0ME equipment made by Autotech-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Autotech-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Autotech-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TKD4580 made by Arris as well as the popular 0007D85A original spares produced by Applied-Robotics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8220G19 by Asco and E5ND03605M0ME spares by Autotech-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 918062031C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asco. |
